If possible, we will interview key team members and stakeholders ahead of time to gather and organise the divergent points of view that no doubt exist. We will then assist you in creating an agenda and timeline for the meeting. We facilitate to ensure results are realistic, implementable and sustainable.

Jigsaw will focus your entire group on your strategic direction by defining a clear vision of the future, the major goals that accomplish the vision, the measurable objectives that will track progress and the specific strategies for bringing about the results. What we ask of you before the event to ensure effectiveness!

2.  What do you want your group to learn or achieve?
3.  What are mandatory agenda items?
4.  Provide materials to participants in advance. It saves time at the meeting getting everyone on the same track.
5.  Allow for at least one meeting with Jigsaw staff to plan and one review meeting for follow up.
