Travis Latter - Chief Executive Officer

Travis commenced his career in the hospitality industry and at the age of 19 was Manager of a Sydney hotel and restaurant where he forged his obsession for customer service excellence, staff training and was his grounding in business management.

A desire to teach saw Travis study Human Movement at Sydney University after which he secured a teaching position with CBHS Lewisham.

Travis was the Cruise Director with P&O Holidays on the Fair Princess and with Star Cruises, in Japan, Korea and China. Travis has experience in strategic sales and marketing roles with a number of hospitality and tourism organisations on the Gold Coast. He also undertook a managing director position with a leading national company on the Sunshine Coast for 2 years.

Travis became Director of Jigsaw Sales Marketing & Training in 1994 and has worked as an established business analyst to increase profitability and maximise company’s earning potential through effective business management strategies and training.

Shannon Latter - Director of Training

Passionate, resourceful, talented, sincere

Shannon’s passion for customer service started as a 15 year old when she was introduced to the work ethos of McDonalds. Shannon then moved to Target Australia as Front End Supervisor and discovered a desire to share her experiences and knowledge with other people.

Shannon developed exceptional business skills through management positions in the banking and tourism industry where she has held high level management positions working with Executive Management, Head Office Management, Board of Directors and associated stakeholders enabling the acquisition of sound business philosophies built on trust, strength and the ability to obtain organisation outcomes and goals fostering growth and client/customer relations.

In 2000 Shannon joined Broadbeach Management Association to promote Broadbeach to locals and visitors. Since 2002, Shannon has been working as a business and marketing consultant and as a qualified trainer assisting small-medium businesses to achieve both business and personal growth. Shannon is the Director of Training Director of Jigsaw and a Managing Partner of Jigsaw Sales Marketing & Training and is responsible for authoring new resources used by Jigsaw.

Glen Cheffers - National Training Manager
Dedicated, positive, analytical, conscientious, practical

Glen started his employment part-time as a Salesman for a sports store while still at school. After university, Glen worked his way up from a Housing Services Officer through to various Team Leader positions, Project Officer roles and into a range of senior positions with the Department of Human Services including Community Housing Manager, Regional Housing Manager and Corporate Services Manager.

Glen has two degrees from Monash University having recently completed a Bachelor of Business Studies via distance education while working full-time.

His passion outside of work is Australian Rules Football with various roles including coaching, captaining, committee member, marketing and publicity officer that have contributed to the on and off field success of the Yinnar Football and Netball Club earning Glen Life Membership in 2002.

Glen possesses highly developed leadership skills, written skills, a sound knowledge of human resources, managing performance indicators, experience managing a diverse range of people and a genuine appreciation for customer service.

Sheng Lee - Training Consultant
Enthusiastic, helpful, logical, reliable

Sheng has had over 15 years experience in the hotel and leisure sector.  Focusing primarily in the management of food and beverage operations, some of his previous employers include Hilton Hotels, Accor Asia Pacific, Hyatt Hotels and Hamilton Island Enterprises. 

In 2006 Sheng embarked on fulfilling two of his life goals.

1. Complete a Bachelor of International Business degree.
2. Impart some of his management experience to the up and coming stars of the business world.

Outside of work, Sheng enjoys watching Rugby Union, fishing, cooking and going to the gym. 

Sheng possesses advanced leadership and mentoring qualities, has good human resource skills and a strong ability to interpret financial information, he also has a dependable attitude and is always willing to assist others in achieving their goals.

Martin Howells - Training Consultant
Customer centric, innovative, intuitive and honest

Martin commenced his career in Sales and Marketing where he developed his skills in the highly demanding FMCG industry where innovative problem solving, merchandising and sales skills were required. Enjoying the creative side of selling and customer service, Martin joined a highly successful Advertising firm as an Account Director managing the marketing budgets of local utilities, shopping centres and real estate developers. He produced marketing plans, press and radio campaigns, as well as directing TV commercials.

Drawn by his love of technology, he saw the emerging PC revolution as a dynamic and influential force and spent many years working with Government and Corporate entities in developing IT solutions. Working for Telstra as a National Account Executive he oversaw one of Telstra’s top 3 portfolios in the Government sector including Parliament House Canberra.  Expanding his skills beyond technology, Martin was responsible for many varied projects from contract and facilities management, through to dispute and debt resolution and product development. 

Martin has since set up and run his own businesses, the most recent in the weight loss industry where helping people reach their personal goals is paramount. Martin has joined the Jigsaw team to continue with his desire to help people achieve their personal goals through training and development.
