On successful completion of the traineeship the trainee will receive a Nationally Recognised Training qualification. 

Jigsaw’s flexible work based training in Certificate IV in Business courses are nationally recognised and in most cases, the Commonwealth Government provides funding and incentives that more than covers the costs of the training (pending eligibility).

Our Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process far exceeds industry standards and involves a unique, structured approach. This approach involves meetings with management and key Human Resources staff, motivational presentations designed to promote the benefits of training and professional development and the use of Jigsaw’s exclusive TNA process involving the staff members and managers. This process is used to identify and develop the best mix of units, learning styles and the most suitable qualification to be undertaken by each employee.
