Who is this course for?

This course provides training in areas such as customer service, administration and workplace relationships. It is particularly suited to those in a medium enterprise as front office or admin staff. This qualification requires the completion of 12 units with a minimum of 5 units being from the admin units below. The remaining units may be chosen to suit the business needs and individual’s role and responsibilities.

BSBADM304A     Design and develop text documents

BSBADM305A     Create and use databases

BSBADM306A     Create electronic presentations

BSBADM307A     Organise schedules

BSBADM309A     Process accounts payable and receivable

BSBADM310A     Maintain a general ledger

BSBCMN311A     Maintain workplace safety

  

Common Units (Minimum 3 required) Units include:

Other units may be chosen to suit the business needs and individual’s role and responsibilities from a variety of areas, including administration, marketing, sales and more. Two units may be chosen from level II or IV
