Who is this course for?

This is a flexible qualification designed for a range of staff where units can be selected from different areas in the business domain to develop a tailored course to meet individual and organisational needs.

What funding can I receive and are my staff eligible?

Commonwealth funding is available to organisations for existing employees. Employees not eligible include those who have previously completed a Certificate IV traineeship, Diploma or Degree. In the majority of cases the funding incentive covers the cost of the training provided by Jigsaw and all training resources.

Qualification structure

This qualification requires the completion of 10 units including units from the list below.
