Who is this course for?
It is ideal for supervisors and managers of small and medium businesses including franchises. The course focuses on the development of skills required to operate a business, plan for the future and develop resources including staff. This qualification allows organisations the opportunity to select units to suit the business needs and participants responsibilities.
What funding can I receive and are my staff eligible?
Commonwealth funding is available to organisations for existing employees. Employees not eligible include those who have previously completed a Certificate IV traineeship, Diploma or Degree. In the majority of cases the funding incentive covers the cost of the training provided by Jigsaw and all training resources.
