Who is this course for?
This qualification is designed for staff involved in human resources within their business and those involved in staff management and industrial relations. This qualification is tailored for individual businesses.
What funding can I receive and are my staff eligible?
Commonwealth funding is available to organisations for existing employees. Those who have previously completed a Certificate III or higher may not be eligible. In the majority of cases, the funding incentive covers the cost of the training provided by Jigsaw and all training resources.

Other units may be chosen to suit the business needs and individual’s role and responsibilities from a variety of areas, including administration, marketing, sales and more. Two units may be chosen from level III or Diploma.
